The project will strengthen climate resilience of vulnerable communities and strengthen the economy by unlocking adaptation-oriented technology innovation and entrepreneurship in Small Medium Enterprises (SMEs). The interventions will be designed in line with the national development priorities of the Sierra Leone, and catalyze diversified economic activities for sustained growth and socio-economic transformation. Special focus will be given to climate adaptation technologies for climate smart practices in the priority areas for Sierra Leone as identified by the National Adaptation Plan of Action (NAPA). Ultimately the project seeks to increase availability and accessibility of climate adaptation measures for most vulnerable communities and reduce exposure to effect of climate change
