UNRWA aims to support safe, dignified and inclusive collective emergency shelters for tens of thousands of internally displaced persons across approximately 100 shelters by providing site management services, including coordination, community engagement, rehabilitation of shelter infrastructure, improvements to WASH facilities, the provision of essential NFIs, and feedback and complaint mechanisms for shelter inhabitants and surrounding catchment areas.
