Heritage and creativity for AlUla's sustainable development
The project aims to leverage the heritage of AlUla in all its forms, to enhance the understanding of its significance, and to contribute to its safeguarding through the transmission of AlUla's culture by narrating its story and empowering the bearer communities. The project will aim at enhancing sustainable tourism through the promotion of culture, directly benefitting local stakeholders. Various activities will also address the growing local needs of creativity, positioning AlUla as a bourgeoning hub of creative economy through networking and mentorships. As a whole, the project will contribute to strengthening capacities, fostering the exchange of expertise and promoting sustainability.
