Green and Digital TVET for Enhancing Employability in Iraq (TVET3)
Green and Digital TVET for Enhancing Employability in Iraq TVET Reform Phase 3 (TVET 3) aims to mobilize the EU’s strategic support for the TVET sub-sector, to sustain the progress towards institutionalization of the reforms towards sustainable expansion of TVET and skills development opportunities. TVET 3 will mobilize the institutional and technical expertise of UNESCO to support the Government of Iraq in enhancing the implementation of targeted future-oriented skilling, reskilling, and upskilling activities. This dynamic programmatic approach will result in strong institutional capacities at the MoE, MoLSA, and MoHESR, as well as at the central, governorate, technical universities, technical schools, and vocational training centers levels, ensuring the delivery of quality TVET for Iraqi youth, including the IDPs, refugees and returnees beyond the project period addressing the root causes of migration
