GPE 5 System Transformation Grant Programme for Cambodia - STEPCam Pha

Budget for this programme
$10.5M
10.5 million USD

Following the success of the Strengthening Teacher Education Programmes in Cambodia (STEPCam), the MoEYS and development partners re-selected UNESCO as Grant Agent for the $15.39 million GPE System Transformation Grant (STG), of which UNESCO will manage $ 12.6198 million, and UNICEF $2.77 million. Building on STEPCam achievements, the STG programme retains a strong focus on enhancing the quality of education in Cambodia. Support will be given to the expansion of key STEPCam interventions - in pre-service teacher education, continuous professional development and early grade learning - and the introduction of new, innovative strategies to effect transformative change in the education system.
