Two years on from the full-scale invasion of Ukraine by the Russian Federation on 24 February 2022, the war continues; ravaging frontline communities, causing forced displacement and family separation, resulting in ongoing humanitarian needs. The International Organization for Migration (IOM)’s 2024 Humanitarian Support project will support minimum living standards and reduce barriers to access for war-affected populations in Ukraine by providing lifesaving assistance to vulnerable populations through a multi-sectoral response, including activities falling under the Inter-Agency Standing Committee (IASC) sectors of Shelter/Non-food Items, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene, Multipurpose Cash Assistance, Protection and Health/Mental Health and Psychosocial Support, and Humanitarian Coordination, Information Management and Assessments.
