Under the terms of the global IOM / Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration (PRM) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and in accordance with PRM, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and Refugee Processing Center (RPC) policies and directives, IOM is assisting in the implementation of the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP) to resettle refugees, which contributes to the global efforts on resettlement. The overall objective of this project code is to arrange the movement of United States Government-approved refugees from Great Lakes, West and Central Africa to the U.S.
