This project is intended to contribute to providing a durable solution, to beneficiaries of international protection identified by UNHCR and approved by the Government of the United States (USG), by facilitating their resettlement from the East and Southern Africa region to the United States (U.S.). Through this project, IOM assists in the implementation of the U.S. Refugee Admissions Program (USRAP) to resettle refugees, which contributes to the global efforts on resettlement. The overall objective of this project code is to arrange the movement of USG-approved refugees from East and Southern Africa to the U.S.
