The project aims to build individual teacher capacities by developing an expanded teacher education programme focused on strengthening teacher resilience for challenging job demands in fragile contexts as well as support the development and implementation of teacher policies for improved teacher preparation, recruitment, and management. It will support the government in system governance with an emphasis on developing the management of systems to support schools in improving students' learning results. The project will support pre-service- and in-service training and establish collaborative teacher learning teams to develop functional connections between teacher colleagues and students.
